This listing is for a PDF SEWING PATTERN, not an actual piece of clothing. Beautiful laces and low-stretch fabrics are showcased with a classic and comfy style in the Tulip Hi-Cut. High leg openings are the hallmark of the hi-cut/French cut style. The front panel can be made with stretch lace trim, low-stretch knits, or bias wovens, so it is easy to make a matching bottom for your handmade bras. Lace front options include straight waist or v-cutout with a center seam. The plain front can be made from bias-cut wovens or low-stretch knits. Wraparound back options include medium coverage or thong. All edges are finished with fold over elastic. The Tulip Hi-Cut has a medium rise and a fully enclosed gusset. Front A: V-shaped stretch lace panels with center seam Front B: Plain front in bias woven or low-stretch knit Front C: Stretch lace front with scallops at waist Back D: Medium coverage back Back E: Thong back The gusset is longer in front than typical store-bought panties to provide extra protection and comfort. Front can be made from stretch lace trim, bias-cut wovens, or low-stretch knits. Back can be made from a wide variety of stretch knits, including: stretch mesh, spandex blend jerseys, athletic knits, stretch lace fabric. Edges are finished with fold over elastic.
